1. Adults Only

Every performer appearing in your uploads must have been at least 18 years old at the time of production, and you must hold age-verification records as required by applicable law. 6. Direct Messages

DMs are for consensual conversation between members. The prohibited-conduct rules above apply in full to private messages. Unsolicited advertising, harassment, and attempts to move members to scam destinations may result in immediate termination.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts and remove content at our discretion, with or without notice, particularly for breaches of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BdsmVilla is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including user-submitted content or interactions with other members.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be signalled by updating the date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
