What We Collect

We collect as little as we can while keeping the villa running and safe:

  • Account data — your email address and username. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; we never see or store them in plain text.
  • IP address and user agent — recorded with engagement actions (views, votes, comments) solely for anti-abuse and spam prevention, such as detecting vote manipulation and bot traffic.
  • Watch history — kept for logged-in users so we can resume playback and improve recommendations. It is visible only to you.
  • Preferences— playback and display settings are stored in your browser's localStorage and never leave your device.

Cookies

We use two cookies of our own: v6t, an httpOnly authentication cookie that keeps you signed in, and a simple age-gate cookie that remembers you have confirmed you are 18 or older. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone. Given the nature of this site, we treat discretion as a core feature, not a compliance checkbox.

Third-Party Delivery

Video and image files are served through third-party content delivery networks (CDNs). When your browser fetches media, the CDN necessarily sees your IP address and request details in order to deliver the file. CDN providers process this data as our service providers, not for their own marketing.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time via the contact page. We will remove your data within a reasonable period, except where limited records must be retained for legal or anti-abuse purposes.

EU Visitors (GDPR)

If you are in the European Union or EEA, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the GDPR. Our lawful bases are contract (providing the service you signed up for) and legitimate interest (keeping the site secure and free of abuse). To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the channels on the contact page; you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
